When I think of Arizona, this is exactly how I imagine the homes to look, fits in perfectly with the environment. I agree Sharon, would be so very interesting to see inside.
I guess you could knock on the door and try to sell them a magazine subscription while you scope out the decor. :) There is something calming and serene about the pueblo style.
I find these attractive too, and a bit mysterious...the outside gives less of an idea how it looks inside than more traditional homes. If you get inside, take some pics! OK?
I agree that this home is a traffic-stopper. It looks quite large, too, as well as beautiful.
ReplyDeleteChippendale? Danish modern? I suspect that this house is decorated in a Southwestern style inside as well.
ReplyDeletethis is just what i think of when i think of southwest architecture. beautiful.

ReplyDeleteLove the pueblo-style. Framed very nicely with the trees.
ReplyDeleteI love the pueblo style also, one of the many things I miss in the midwest. This green looks good on this style of home.
ReplyDeletebtw Sharon, if you get to KC you will have to let me know, we can meet for dinner.
Beautiful house - when I visited my daughter I loved to look at the those type houses
ReplyDeleteIf it weren't for the palm trees I would have thought you were here in Santa Fe.
ReplyDeleteI am not a big fan of SW decor, but I do love these types of homes!
ReplyDeleteNice pictures Sharon, I like the pueblo-style!
