I was really taken with the rusty metal louver-like siding on the performing arts center I featured yesterday. I took this close up shot to show the panels in more detail. The photo below is similar but, I thought it might be a bit more interesting in a sepia tone.
I wonder if when it rains water will drip off of the rusty metal and stain the concrete below.
ReplyDeleteI like the sepia tone image - it really emphasizes the lines. I must go see this building,
ReplyDeleteit's interesting in sepia and full color.
ReplyDeleteInteresting and original.
ReplyDeleteLove them both.
ReplyDeleteThis is a complex structure Sharon, looks good in both pictures.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me want to go and visit. Very nice. The panels have certainly something to do with energy.
ReplyDeleteThe randomness of the layers makes it look like cardboard that has gotten wet and is coming apart...I mean that in a good way though. I really like the sepia tone photo.
ReplyDeleteThese buildings are very unusual. I wonder what Frank Lloyd Wright would have to say about these?
ReplyDeletemuch better in sepia.
ReplyDeleteThe picture makes me wonder what the inside looks like.
ReplyDeletelove this image
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly a dramatic-looking building but I wonder how it will be viewed 40 years from now.
ReplyDeleteI like this building very much and you did a great job on how to photograph it.
