Pictures from Phoenix and sometimes from the surrounding cities that make up the "Valley of the Sun"
Now that's a group I haven't thought about in a LONG time! The blooms are spectacular.
These, too, are in perfect harmony.
Cactus flowers always take my breath away; these are lovely!
Ana one Ana two...how do you like the Mac?
My first thought would not have been of the Lennon Sisters, but you have a creative mind! :-) Whatever, the blooms are indeed lovely."Dancing queen," heh? And what were you doing "on the road" to warrant such a sobriquet? This sounds like a good story! :-)
I can definitely see singing blooms there Sharon, with the middle stamens as singing mouths, not sure if I would have spotted it though if you hadn't put it into my head haha! Stunning colour.
Isn't it amazing where some pictures take our minds? It's all about connections. :)
And if you see a group of three flowers, would you think of the Andrews Sisters?
Bees would get crazy when see these singers))
They are gorgeous!I can hear young people all over the world right now saying, "who are the Lennon Sisters?"
Wonderful !! Such great colours!
Shows our age that we know who the Lennon sisters are!
Yes I remember them. Such vibrant color.
Beautiful flowers on this cactus. Love them.
Are those true colors? If so, they're gorgeous.
Beautiful blooms with such rich color.
That brings back memories. I think they were my father's favorite group. I dutifully developed a crush on the youngest one.
WOW! This is gorgeous, Sharon!
