Asi es la Vida



A couple of years ago, I featured a picture of the restaurant Asi es la Vida’s very eclectic exterior.  You can see it here.  I recently had lunch there and snapped this photo in one of the dining rooms.  You can see that the inside is just as eclectic.

    Wow! this is really different. One of the murals looks uncomfortably like "the evil eye."

    I wonder what the conversation was when they discussed coming up with this decor. Did they actually plan all of this, or did it just happen somehow.m

    LOL. Thanks for the info. Not an eye. I have decided recently that my next laptop will be a Mac, too. However, my job situation which is always iffy is even iffier right now so that won't be for awhile. If you get the Mac let me know what you think of it! I believe they come with something called iPhoto. I am not sure if that is editing software or not.

    Wow - it is a bit over the top for me! I think that I like to mellow out a bit when dining out.

    That is pretty unusual, Sharon, but I suspect I would come down with a big headache if I sat there very long. Yes, my tastes run to the conservative side, but you might have already guessed that . . .

    From the outside I would never say the interior would look like this. I don't know if I like it or not but it surely is amazing and worth a shot!
