Sharon in response to your comments on my blog. American Embassies all over the world have always had huge fences around them like a prison. That is not new. We dont understand why they do it. Even in small friendly countries they are like this.
I remember the first time I saw cacti in bloom - absolutely could not believe it! This is a superb photograph...great colors, but the light is magnificent and suffuses the picture with a kind of vibrancy!
