Wow, those eyes! I'm not sure if that is a pose or a threat. I used to call these birds 'parking lot birds', because that's where I always saw them. But I do believe you have captured the female Grackle.
He looks like he was about to ask you: "Now, are you satisfied?" Great shot.
I think he is checking out your camera and lens.
That is a great shot, cross between cool and scary lol.
I think that bird is posing for you, one of his favorite friends not in his fine, feathered group!
