Sophie’s Bistro

The next thing to catch my eye on my drive to work is one of my favorite restaurants, Sophie’s Bistro.

As I pass the sign and see the tops of the patio umbrellas, I can reminisce about the many wonderful meals I’ve enjoyed here in the company of good friends.

  2. Sophie's is a quaint place with very good food (it is a French bistro, after all) and charming atmosphere.

To answer Brenda's question, it is on Osborn, just a little west of 24th Street.

It is in what used to be a house, then the house was converted into a quilting supply store called the Quilted Apple. When the store moved to a larger location on 24th Street, the building was converted to a restaurant and became Sophie's.
