Interesting perspective on the water and palm trees. If I recognize the location correctly, this fountain is at the office complex at Central and Thomas, which is where the Bankruptcy Court is located. After people emerge from Bankruptcy Court, perhaps this refreshing and uplifting scene will inspire them to a new financial beginning.
