Even though yesterday was the official start of the holiday season, we've all been seeing the decorations for several weeks now.
My email was full of "Black Friday" specials but I wasn't tempted. I stay away from the shopping centers on the day after Thanksgiving and on December 26th. Those are two of the busiest shopping days of the year.
Instead, I took a walk to work of some of those extra calories from Thursday.

I avoid shopping centers from about the 20th of November until about the 10th of January.

i have come to hate shopping at this time of year.
I stay at home and do my Christmas decorating on Black Friday.
Too busy, too exhausting for me.
Dave did buy a shirt on Black Friday but that was out of necessity!
