We've reached the time of year when the trees that will lose their leaves start that shedding process. I took a drive to see if I could find any colorful ones worth photographing. This one with the reddish leaves was putting on quite a show.
These two were attracting my attention with the sun making them glow with color.
I went looking for colorful trees and I found quite a few.

A bite like October here.
We have that in autumn October here, but mow all has gone and they are bold.
All of the leaves are gone here, before we know it there will be signs of spring.
Not a leaf left on a tree here, Sharon.
Reminds me of autumn in Ohio and now all our trees are bare. Looking forward to the spring green popping out in a few months.
Interesting that the reddish one seems only part reddish.
Beautiful autumn colours.
and you found some colourful trees.
They are pretty.
We don't have many deciduous trees here. I do miss the turning of the trees from when I lived in the UK, it is nothing short of spectacular.
These trees look so lovely
Pretty shots. We have Gingko trees planted on our street parkway, which usually turn a bright yellow/orange before dropping. For some reason, not as much color this year.
All good but the first one is sensational!
