....sandwiches falling from the sky!
I saw this mishap on a car parked in old town Scottsdale and it puzzled me. How on earth did a sandwich come flying at this car. I kind of wish I could have seen what happened when the people who own this car arrived.

I first thought it was caused by a bird flying by.
I have not spent much time in California, but my over all impression of the place is the vegetation. It's just amazing. Plants that I would try to cajole into staying alive are growing outside with abandon. Plants that you never see anywhere else. The light there is different. Thanks for the trip photos, I'm glad you escaped the heat for a little while.

A bird obviously dropped it.
THAT's weird. Maybe someone threw it from a passing car, or a balcony, or a rooftop cafe?
Funny that's something I've never seen, perhaps a bird will take advantage of it
