I took a walk yesterday afternoon around Scottsdales Fifth Avenue area. That's where I found these elves standing around on the street corners.
A few years ago, they decorated with tall nutcrackers. The nutcrackers were more elegant looking than these little fellows. In fact, the elves look like they might get into some trouble if left on their own too long.
