I've always thought that this was one of our least attractive high-rise buildings in the city of Phoenix. So I'm asking, what do you think?
It's located on the southwest corner of Central and Thomas Roads and I believe it goes by the name "One Thomas".
I had a picture of this building once before but it was from the back side of the building because of a mural that appears there. You can see that post here.

Well it looks not so different as other modern buildings. It is not so bad.
Too elaborate?! : )
There's a lot going on here, but as Marianne above said it's definitely not the worst I've seen ☺ I do love the mural on the other side very much though, it was good to go back and see it again and also to read the artist's concept. Is it still the tallest mural Sharon?
I don't find it really bad but there is a heavy feeling about it, Sharon.
It does look rather severe. They should paint the white parts some bright colors, maybe in a range from dark at the bottom to light at the top. That's what I'd do. The side with the mural looks much better -- not only does the mural help but the curve softens the structure.
It seems weird.
I think it could use of a touch of colour.. I like Steve's suggestion, paint those white parts with some colour. I did like the back side better probably because of the mural. I like the mural, it adds a nice visual to the view.
I have seen worse.
