Very Good Italian Food
Last year close to this time, I posted a photo of a brand new apartment complex that opened up on Central Avenue, directly across the street from the Phoenix Art Museum. It is called The Muse. In that post, I mentioned that the ground floor of the building was reserved for retail space. Since that time, several businesses have moved in to the ground floor locations. One of the best is this Italian restaurant call Forno 301. They make outstanding pizza in a wood fired oven along with other tasty Italian treats.
The inside is modern with a few antique touches scattered about. The best part is the food. It's excellent.

Pasta al forno translates as oven-baked pasta. If they serve that in this restaurant, I'd love to try it. Northern Italian food is our favourite cuisine, and we have one here that we visit almost weekly. Treated like royalty as regular customers, also. Hope you have the same experience at this one!
I like the industrial look of the place, Sharon!
Looks like a cool place. Furniture on wheels is definitely a "thing" these days!
I'd like to take a try, for sure.
The place looks welcoming.
I loves me some Italian food and it looks like they may serve wine too. ;^/
Good pizza is always a nice thing to find.
Lovely place, and sounds like a treat to eat there!
I would try it for the pizza, you can't beat a good pizza!
Dang, now I'm hungry! Some good Italian sounds great right about now!!
It is colorful. Great to read that the food is good.
