Biltmore Fashion Park shopping center has installed a Tesla charging station in the back parking lot and it is a big hit with the Tesla owners. Every time I pass by it, there are several cars there hooked up to the power. Apparently, these stations are cropping up all over. I wonder if they work for other electric cars.

I have the same question, Sharon. This is the future, I think. A Tesla cruised by us yesterday, almost as if riding on air...silent and quick. If only they weren't so expensive and were more reliable. I'll probably never have an electric car, which is OK. I like what I do have. :)

We have a few around town. I often see the Chevrolet and Nissan all-electric cars at them. WOuldn't the connection be standardized?
Wow! It's been 7 years since I lived in the states, and I had no idea Tesla had enough market share to warrant these kinds of structures.
