Landscaping with Agave
The front of this building is lined with Agave plants and all of them appear to have blooms shooting up at the same time. That will be quite a display once the blooms open up.
That's very nice and the blooms will beautiful but also the plants are big and take up a lot of space and thus allow for a one-time expense with minimal upkeep. Looks like an ecologically sound deal!

Don't they bloom very infrequently? I wonder how they found so many to bloom all at once? Or is a century plant a different kind of agave?
Absolutely and so perfect for the Arizona climate Sharon! Would love to see the blooms when they burst forth!
I hope you'll get back when they're in bloom. I'd love to see them!
I had some beautiful agave plants, but I had to give them away because they were too big for my terrace...
I'm with Halcyon, I'd love to see the blooms.
The shoots look like giant asparagus. We have this plant over here too.
I am following you now and invite you to follow me too. Thank you.

They do remind me of giant asparagus! You must try to go back when they are in blossom, Sharon!
Which of course you'll show us? Oui ? :-)
Those plants look as if the ends are sharp, thanks for viewing my video too.
They are of course completely out of my personal experience, but pleasing to the eye.
Very pretty! I hope we get to see them when they are blooming.
I hate to add to the chorus, but I'd like to see the blooms, too.
That is not how we do it!
Agave is really very versatile.
