I might have down-sized my living space but I've picked up a much grander view from my new home on the east side of Phoenix. I can now view Camelback Mountain every day. I took this photo at sunset a couple of evenings ago when I saw how the setting sun was bathing that Phoenix landmark in a warm glow.

What a view to have from your home!
This made the move well worth while.
Smaller is better anyway -- and that is an amazing view!
Oh, and by the way, thanks for your info on "Mr. Carson." I knew he is married to Imelda Staunton -- I haven't seen her yet, though. I'm not sure I would recognize her unless she was dressed as Vera Drake!
That's a gorgeous view to wake up to and go to sleep with.

Such a rewarding view!
Is that from your window? I have a feeling we might be seeing the many moods of Camelback Mountain like back when you lived in St. Louis and would send me all those pictures of the arch in different weather and light.
Pleasant dreams.
You are living well, Sharon.
Absolutely gorgeous! It almost looks like an alpenglow.
That is a magnificent view!
Location, location, Sharon! What a view!
The light is perfect!
Well done. I'm green with envy! :-)
Wonderful view Sharon.
Looks on fire. Nice capture
You have a nice view, Sharon. It looks like you are out of the downtown area. Miss it?
Wow!! What a view. Hope you are enjoying your new space as you settle in.
Oh my! I would seriously downsize for that view Sharon.. Are there any walks you can do on the mountain?
Beautiful light!
