On Saturday, that same day I photographed the cloud shaking it's fist (see Monday's post below) I also saw this huge cloud formation. It was later in the day as evidenced by the tint the low sun is giving these clouds. You would think with a cloud formation this big and full that we might have gotten some rain to go with it but, we didn't.

The perspective of the power poles and the humongous cloud make for a great photo.
Guess it's the wrong kind of cloud!
I totally agry with Andy. What a fantastic capture, although a big scary...
Wow, now they are B I G clouds!
We have had amazing clouds in Phoenix during the past 6 weeks or so.
I like the way the power lines lead the eye to the cloud. Nice!
Quite incredible! And no rain? That's too bad. But that happens to us here, also. Beauty of a shot!
Don't you hate it when those big thundery clouds just tease you like that :) I like your perspective with the electricity pylons here Sharon.
Wow, looks like a volcanic eruption.
Looks beautiful
This looks like clouds painted in one of those WPA murals back in the 1930s.
Don't you hate when that happens. We had no clouds yesterday evening. By 11 pm we had one heck of a storm.
Those power lines really add another dimension to this photo. Thumbs up from me on this one.
