Tucson Architecture

When I was in Tucson last Friday for the golf tournament, I saw this beautiful home while I was riding on the golf course.  I thought it had a quintessential Tucson style!

The color of the doors complement the architecture and terrain. It is indeed quite lovely and Southwestern.

I don't know from "quintessential Tucson style," unless it refers to buildings that look like desert dwellings which this does and which is very nice and which I like, also, especially those doors to the courtyard.

Definitely Tucson. I would say out of all the places in Arizona, you will never see the same southwestern design twice--such an eclectic mix. That's what make it interesting and fun.

I love that style, especially complimented by the turquoise door.

Those doors just invite you in to the courtyard.

Love this, Sharon. The color of the door was used as an accent color on my back wall and I love it!

I LOVE this, Sharon! Actually I'm a big fan of adobe architecture.

I grew up in an adobe house - you're making me homesick for AZ. Is that ocotillo sticks in the windows of the door? I've seen ocotillo used in cabinets and such, but not like this. Love this house.
