Pictures from Phoenix and sometimes from the surrounding cities that make up the "Valley of the Sun"
Road trip, anyone?
simply gleaming!
The top shot is fantastic! And what a buch of wonderful old cars!
Fun!
Takes me right back to my youth...my first car was a 1937 Chevy! My second one was a 1950 Plymouth coupe, with wood grain dash and nice whitewalls like this!
Yes it is Sharon, whiter than white even! What a great group of classics! They'll bring back a lot of memories for some I bet!
Where were these pics taken? I love old cars.Ah, the whitewalls....they got thinner as time went on , then nonexistent!
During our all-too-brief Minnesota summers, I love to view the classic cars. Yes those white walls are pristine!
Those are some nice looking cars!
I don't remember that jingle but I would have loved to see the cars.
I just sang the jingle in my head! I guess that dates me.
Dinah Shore! Brings back early memories. Love the red.
Wow! Where's Dinah Shore when you need her?
I love the old classic cars and am amazed at the care their owners put in on them.
I love that red truck!
Awww. I got here too late to say "Dinah Shore!" That is quite a car and that is the whitest whitewall I have seen.
I wish I could ride in one of these oldies and see what a difference it is from today's autos.
I'm calling shotgun!
