Stylish
I recently found this interesting little house in the Cheery Lynn historic neighborhood. The owners have decorated for Halloween quite simply with the two pumpkins on the steps but, the house itself has lovely style.
I find the different size of the front of the house quite interesting. The roof would be a nightmare to replace because of the steep slopes. Good that this little gem is in an area with no snow since the design of the roof might cause ice dams. Gosh, approaching winter is already influencing my thinking!!
Very 'English' style with the peaked roof. I like the way they haven't gone overboard with the Halloween theme, looks very tasteful. Nice catch Sharon.

I actually know this house. So reminiscent of the 1920s and '30s when this area was developed.

A strange look for sure.
I like it. This is not a style I associate with Phoenix.
This is gorgeous. We have some of these, what I call English Tudor, houses here in Ocala, too. One of my favorites!

This looks like something from a fairy tale story book.
Very pretty and not something you would expect in Phoenix. I agree with Dave, it could be the gingerbread house.
Very unlike my image of a Phoenix house!
Looks so cozy and fairy tale-ish.
Oh I love this gingerbread style of home, love that craftsman door too.
I love the roof lines on these houses and the awnings really dress it up. Less is more.
I would have guessed this was somewhere in the midwest!
super cute!
Great style and I like their simple decorations (easy to clean up!)
I have always loved this house. I do miss the historic districts. We don't have any here the whole city is practically historic.
Classic style and simple decoration...
Is nice! I guess for one family...
Like Jack, «Louis» would not associate this style with Phoenix.
It looks like a comfortable old place!
Unusual.
What a lovely house.
Lovely little house.
Looks very nice!
I`ll remember it!:)
Lucky people!
