I just can't even imagine trying to totter about in those Sharon, but I have to say they look very good on this young lady. My daughter wears shoes like that, I just don't understand!!
If I were young I'd wear them. A friend and I used to have a motto, "stilettos forever," but alas, we got old and had to start wearing ugly but comfortable shoes!
I was i Vegas a week ago and saw lots of shoes like that.
I remember when my mother wore heels to the Democratic National Convention in 1964 at the Convention Center in Atlantic City, N.J. Walking down the boardwalk to the convention, with planks laid out diagonally, her heels stuck in the gaps between the boards about every third step.
It became my job, as a youngster, to reach down and retrieve her shoe each time she stepped out of it.
Dave's comment made me smile; now I know how he came to be the perfect gentleman and so attentive to his beautiful wife. Sharon, can you imagine if you had been wearing these when we were forced to use the fire escape of the theatre in Chicago??
How to make one happy? Take off the shoes when back at home. Mine shoes today were 2/3 from that height and I was driving, but still I was the happiest woman in the world))

I'd love to see how the entire ensemble worked. Any chance you have a head to toe image of this long legged beauty?
If you're young and fashion-conscious, it's a perfect pair!
I would not want to be the bug that ends up under that heel.

Ouch! Maybe with a fancy outfit, sure, but with cut off jeans? Really? Why?

Make my legs ache just looking at them! Oh, to be so young again...not.
Love your title post!
Wow - I would break my neck wearing those. Interesting that the guy standing behind her has flat sandals on.
Wow, a little like walking on stilts I would imagine.
GOSH!:)

I have foot problems today from wearing not as high of heels when I was her age.
Well, since I am of the male persuasion and don't have to wear them, I say "Yeah, go for it, girl!"
They look more like Manolos to me.
Something I do a lot. Check out the shoes.
I think I've seen these shoes for the first time on Sinaed O'Connor when she turned bald, long ago.
I once saw a mother of three walking up the stairs with a baby in those heels. To a Gymboree mom and tot class! WHY?!! Lol
