Condos, #4
This looks like it might be a two story house, but it really is a condo unit with another entrance on the opposite side. This one has more of a southwestern look to it.
So would this entire building be two units or four? Would they be single story or two story condos? Sorry for the questions but this series is so interesting.
I like. Looks rather plush sitting in that Arizona sun!
By the way, our first house was in Scottsdale, 1960, a Hallcraft I think - 3 br, 1 1/2 baths, carport on a big corner lot. Constructed of red brick. Cost was $11,250. No a/c but it had a water cooler on the roof.

This does very cleverly disguise that it is a multi-family building.
Yes, this one is well disguised as Dave said. I still favor Condo #2

It seems very big. I like the colors.
