Mountain Echoes

This sculpture by Allan Houser sits in the shadow of the giant Cardon Cactus and is called "Mountain Echoes".
The size of the cactus makes this sculpture look very small, but it is actually about 6 foot (2 meters) tall including the pedestal it is sitting on.

Showing the dimensions of both the sculpture and the cactus is great. Again, I'd like to say that Hauser's work is fantastic!

Both are super photos but I prefer the sculpture close-up with the cactus behind it. Although, the photo with the huge cactus in it . . . . hmmm

Perfect name for that wonderful sculpture. I'm glad that you included the wide shot for perspective.

This looks like a great exhibit, and your photos showing the scale and detail are wonderful.

Before scrolling down and watching the second photo I was thinking: 'Just look at what's in the background!'... :-)
