I spotted these shadows on the Central Avenue side of the Phoenix Art Museum two weeks ago and knew then that I had to go back to get a photo. The shadows come from the late afternoon sun and a row of palm trees that line both sides of Central Avenue in this area. It’s a work of art created by nature.

That's a very nice mural!!!
Beautiful idea, great shot. Congrats!
I used to have an office in a high rise across the street that gave me a view down on the Art Museum and I saw the shadows of the palm trees on the facade many times. Thank you for capturing a photo of them.
I also have a photo of the shadows of palm trees today, only the shadows are cast on a beach rather than a building.
I used to live in Phoenix, and though it was hot, I miss the sun. I used to climb Squaw Peak daily when the heat permitted. I really, really like this photo.
How effective this is. And not seeing the trees makes it even more special somehow. Super shot.
Made perfect by nature and you! Cheers!
You did a shot of art here :)
Nicely done.
Great photo.

And captured by you so we could enjoy it, too. Thank you.
That's a nice theme day shot! I like the way you can only see the shadows and not the trees.
You outdid even your usual excellent work on this one, Sharon.
Yes, you are right, it is a work of art by nature. Shapely Shadow Shot, Sharon!
