I'm sure anyth...We have TONS of wisteria here! I'm sure anything will grow in Phoenix as long as it has enough water. I love wisteria but it really attracts bees with it's wonderful fragrance and nectar. It's one of the first flowers I remember as a child. My grandmother had it growing along her back fence in the yard! There is actually a giant wisteria that grows in a very tall tree at a house on 7th Ave. in Phoenix, somewhere between Missouri and Maryland as I recall on the east side of the street. The Japanese and Chinese versions are considered an invasive plant though, so you have to be careful not to plant those types in your yard.
