Over the last weekend, I discovered a very attractive little condo area that I think was called "The Villas".
It's only one street that wraps around to form a horseshoe, but all the condos have a Spanish style that is very appealing.
I love the balcony on this one.
And, I especially like the pretty glass above each door!

Ah! If I lived in Phoenix, this would be my first choice. I like the fact that it is small and somewhat contained. In addition, it is attractive and reveals a level of pride by the homeowners. Lucky residents!
They are lovely! Lots of work to keep the exterior clean and beautiful. Maybe they have housekeepers and/or gardeners. : ))

This would fit very nicely into Southwest Florida. We have many communities like this with Tuscan architecture, but some with Spanish, too.
