Here I Am, Camera in Hand

I just got back from a weekend trip to Santa Fe New Mexico with a good friend of mine.  We visited lots and lots of great museums and galleries and just about overloaded ourselves with art.  (Don't worry, we managed to eat good New Mexican food and shop a little too.)  One of the museums we visited was the International Folk Art Museum and what a place that was.  It was full of dioramas of all kinds of collectable pieces from all over the world.  In one of the dioramas, my friend spotted this little lady pointing her camera to take a photo and she said "hey, look it's you!" Sure enough, there I am, camera in hand!

Here is a fuller view of the diorama. You can see me down there in the lower left corner.  I almost didn't make in this shot.

You sure do get around...and always with camera in hand. I don't think that wee person looks like you, though. She's not paying attention to her camera and the photo is likely going to be blurry. :) Looks like a fun place to visit.

Were you having a bad hair day Sharon 😉 Sounds like you had a brilliant time, I'm not sure if there a thing as too much art 😀😀

Spitting image?! Isn't Museum Hill fantastic??!!! I love Santa Fe year round but the summer months with the spectacular Folk Art Festival, Spanish and Indian Markets are not to be missed.

You're a VIP with the camera. You have an audience to share with photos with, so we are all amazed and happy that you took this photo assignment incognito. Well done, Sharon.

I love Santa Fe! And what a great diorama -- it's HUGE! I love your representation here. Clearly you're famous throughout the Southwest. :)
