Old Style, New Build


This mixed use development appeared on the scene in 2006 in Tempe and less than a mile from the ASU campus.  It advertises as one or two bedroom condos with office space available on the ground levels.  It has the look of an urban building that was refit as a condo building but in actuality, it was a brand new build.  Interesting 'old-style' look to it.

Yes, it does look like an old-fashioned building with storefronts below and apartments above. Interesting idea!

You fooled me. Until I read your post I thought the building looked vaguely familiar. Not so.
