Flag Day

It's Flag Day here in the United States so there will be flags flying all over!

Even people living in high-rise buildings will get the flag out today!

I have a new post on Sharon's Sojourns today.  I'm featuring one of Picasso's hang-outs.

We do not wait for Flag Day, but fly ours whenever the sun shines. Love the hi-rise flag. Great sculpture!

People who live in highrise must have to adapt to a few occasions :) Happy flag day Sharon :)
p.s. I didn't realize you don't have arcades there Sharon, we have at least four in the city.. I'll take some shots to show you.

That is a very nice sculpture. I had forgotten (again!) about flag day. My memory is flagging, I think!

It seems like Americans are always flying their flags so today must be amazing if there are even more!

This used to be a big deal when I was young. But now I wasn't aware of it until I saw this post.

That top sculpture is pretty cute. (I completely forgot about Flag Day this year . . . shame on me.)
