Theme Day: My Camera-shy Self Portrait

This was a fun assignment.  I took several photos like this and I didn't like any of them.  I guess that's why it's called "camera-shy".  However, when I played around with this photo using the photo editor on my iPad, I ended up liking this one the best.  In my next life I want to come back as a National Geographic Photographer!

P.S.  This is the shot I was going to use until I settled on the one above.

I LOVE those magazine covers. . .so much fun. Your slippers/shoes are far more attractive than any I own.

This is kind of a different shot for the theme. As for returning---I hope to be a the highest 'mountain peak'.

You should submit your photo to National Geographic ... actually we should all submit .. in my next life (retirement) I would very much like to show photos at festivals.

This is wonderful, Sharon, though I still have no idea how you did it.

Ooh, clever. Are you shooting a micro four-thirds?

I'd like to be a Nat Geo photographer in this lifetime.

When I'm traveling I always envision my photos will look like National Geographic material. I've yet to have any type of confirmation of that but I too would love to have that kind of talent!

After viewing the other theme-day self-portraits, I'm declaring yours the very best!
