Number 94

I haven't featured a home from one of our historic neighborhoods in a while so I thought it was about time.  This one is located in the Alvarado neighborhood.  It's a wonderful old house with a coach entrance on one side.  You don't see those very often in the southwest.  I like the arch over the front walk with the house number on it.

This could be placed on Summit Avenue in St. Paul and would fit right in. I imagine it could also blend nicely with the homes in your childhood city, Quincy. Right?

It looks very well-maintained. I'd love to live in a place like that.

It would fit right in to many areas here too although it probably would have been made of red brick. It is quite beautiful, Sharon!

This is a pretty house, Sharon. Except for the arch and landscaping, it would fit into some New England cities and towns I know.

We have a fair number of grand old homes with carriage estimates but I bet they are all at least 75 years old. Sure isn't any new construction like this.
