Cityscape

It's been awhile since I've posted a photo from Cityscape in downtown Phoenix so it's about time for another shot.  Cityscape is a fairly new development in the heart of downtown that links together office buildings with restaurants, hotels and shopping.  In the center is this pedestrian area with water features and places for downtown workers enjoy lunch away from the office.  I'm not sure how I happened to catch this photo without any people in it.  It's usually bustling with people.

The one and only time I was in Phoenix was in the '60's. What a difference!!

Those umbrellas really pull out those buildings in a strange way.

Nice shot! I like the reflections in the the glass buildings.

Looks fantastic Sharon.. I'm guessing because your city has the same problem with water shortages as Perth that the water feature keeps recycling the water?

On a hot day I could see that being very popular.

I always love to see a nice water feature like that!

It looks like a fine, walkable downtown area. I rarely take photos of whole areas like this, but you remind me that I should do it more often.
