Top Hats

The revolving restaurant on the top of the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Phoenix looks a bit like a hat.  Combine it with one of the downtown street lights and it looks like two hats.  One is kind of plain and brown and the other is more "art deco" and colorful.  But, they make a good pair in this photo.

Different architecture compared with my home town, nicely composed photo.

Wow! Competing rotating foodie hangouts. Can you look out one window and into the next? Hey, what's on your plate?

Nice contrast, and unusual architecture, at least from my experience.

I like the hotel but the street light not so much, Sharon. Like your shot of the two though. ;-)

The street lamp is fantastic but is it huge or is it just your perspective? Space Needle street lamp with a Southwestern twist to it! And the restaurant must be great! I enjoyed the TV tower in Berlin that revolves while you have tea, it's a great experience!

Those street lights are really cool. Are they new?

The juxtaposition of the two objects are definitely colorful and coordinated! Very Southwest colors.
