Gammage Auditorium

I put up a photo of Grady Gammage Auditorium today because I was there last night to see a performance of "Jersey Boys" and what a show it was!  I thoroughly enjoyed every musical number.  It was like taking a step back in time.  I haven't seen the movie but, now I just might have to do that.
What a show!

Good musicals are happy experiences, and a very attractive building for it!

Now that's an unusual architectural style Sharon, somehow it does have an Arizona feel to it. Would love to see the show, I heard the film wasn't so good, the critics panned Clint Eastwood's direction.. I wouldn't let it stop me seeing it though, I like to make up my own mind :)

An interesting architecture and a well composed shot.

I've always loved that Frank Lloyd Wright building as I do all of his work.

The name, Grady Gammage is a blast from the past...I'm going to have to Google him to see why...

Beautiful structure. I know not the Jersey Boys but I'll take your word for the value of their music.

Hope you survived that horrible dust storm. I do remember those. Couldn't see across the street and when it was over there was sand everywhere - in the house!

I've only been to two movies since I've been in Texas but Jersey Boys is on my hope list to see.

Was't Gammage auditorium designed by Frank Lloyd Wright?

Isn't Jersey Boys fun? I have seen it twice. I think I will skip the movie.
