Pumpkin Patch

It's that time of year again!  Time to visit pumpkin patches and pick out a nice pumpkin to carve.  I found quite a few nice ones in this pumpkin patch but, to be honest I didn't buy one.  I was just there to get a picture or two.

Reminder:  The November 1 theme for City Daily Photo Bloggers is "Heights"!

Looks like some big pumpkins in this patch. Around here pumpkin patches are often found in front of churches - which they sell to raise money. They sell pumpkins not churches. :)

Those are HUGE pumpkins. Holy cow! As a city dweller I haven't seen any that big in a while -- we had apartment-sized pumpkins in New York, and pumpkin-carving doesn't seem to be much of a thing in London.
