What to do....

....when it's too hot to be outside.
Go to the store first thing in the morning and buy a bouquet of flowers.  Take them home and get out the macro lens.  Adjust the light and the camera settings and start shooting.

That was fun!

Well done Sharon, the best way to spend a horrifically hot day..really beautiful images, the rose is stunning. I hope the weather cools down a bit soon.

Yes, it was hot alright. We met Brian and Janet in Black Canyon City for lunch. 116 when we left to go home. Brian said it was 120 when he got back home. It was just a nice cool 103 at our place.

I do not miss those days. I would be a Scottsdale Fashion Square.

You found a way to beat the heat and have some fun out of the sun and share your photos with the rest of us. Nice job!

I honestly do not know how on could survive in this heat but the beauty of flowers in a bouquet calms the heated spirit. Peace and be safe Sharon. Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
