Rain and Fog

On my rainy drive on Saturday I headed over to Camelback Mountain where the fog and low clouds were shrouding the mountain in mystery.

It all looks quite eerie and atmospheric!

All weekend from our house we could not see the top of Camelback.

Looks like a different environment than I imagine for Scottsdale...more like Bali.

I didn't expect to see fog in your area. Makes a lovely picture

Nice fog picture. We've had fog the last few days here too, but no palm trees to peek through!

This is a rare sight in Phoenix.

This is just plain lovely. We've had a lot of fog here too, lately. I like it. On the golf course Sunday, however, I had to keep asking, "Where the hell's the green?"

I can't remember the last time I saw fog in Phoenix. Nice shot.

This is cool. For some reason it reminds me of my trip in 2003 to visit my daughter in Australia, where she was spending a semester. We drove for miles to see the Blue Mountains, where she had hiked and thought it was beautiful. When we got there, the fog was so thick we couldn't see ten feet.

Yes I've seen the Blue Mountains like this too..fog can change any image into a mysterious scenario. That is very low cloud indeed Sharon.
