Encore!

Look who's back!  I went to the garden again this Monday and sure enough this Roadrunner was back again and very interested in my lunch.  He has turned into quite the little beggar.  He was so close this time that all got were "head shots".

I think his motto is "will pose for food".

These are amazing! Holy cow! I've only seen a Roadrunner in the cartoons. Thanks. You've made my day.

(That beak looks a little scary, tho)!

I use that motto all the time Sharon haha! Goodness me he is so close you would have almost had to use the macro setting.. He looks like a smart cookie!

He looks like the original angry bird and yet fascinating little creature. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

I've seen roadrunner pics on two different blogs this week. We saw two of them live at Veterans Oasis Park in Chandler too.

Whatch what you feed them, most bread is bad for them if given in great quantities.

Fantastic shots. Never seen one up so close. In fact when I have spotted a roadrunner they are always moving really fast in the opposite direction.
