Pierre

This building started it's life as an apartment complex in 1961 but, after a major remodel in 2007 it has now been converted to condominiums.  At the height of the real estate boom, these condos were selling for around $300,000.  You can now pick one up for less than one third of that price. I like the 1960's look of this building.  For some reason this building makes me think of "Charlies Angels".  Anybody else get that vibe?

It reminds me of paperclips.

Paperclips, yes.
and before I forget a "happy belated birthday wish."

I used to live on the next street over at the Phoenix Apts when I was younger. I loved them because of the 60's style interior.

It is a fun looking building, but also very sophisticated. Yes, I can see the Charlie's Angels feel. Happy Friday!

I hadn't thought of Charlie's Angels, but you could be right. I rather like it but then I spent 10 years in the 60s. :-)

Some very unhappy early buyers of those units. Charlie's angels? Yes, there is something about it, but I can't come up with a mental image. I even used Google images and didn't see a similar building. Another failure of memory.
