Colorful Condos

Last weekend I found these colorful condo under construction in downtown Phoenix.  It's an interesting design.  I'll have to see if I can get a look inside when they are done.

This looks to me a little crazy, I would say as a beehive, but I like the fresh colors.

i like it. it adds a lot to make an industrial building look suave.

This is so cool! I really like the bottom shot with the big palm tree next to the building.

This development perhaps should be named Primary Colors.

I think I'm going to have to pass on this one, remembering an old adage, "If you can't say something good, don't say anything." I'm not talking about the photo. I'm talking about the architectural style and especially the paint job. I guess when you boil it down, I should practice what I preach!

I think I agree with Julie Sharon, this building needed this colour to save it from being a bit 'industrial'. Will be great if you can take some shots inside when they're finished.

Not my kind of place, but it is interesting...looks like someone you'd see in Guatemala what with those bright colors.

Homes for Lego designers?

I'm okay with the colors. I like to see originality in most things. But I would guess this to be a day care building instead of condos. Hope to see the end result.

I like it. It would be interesting to see the interior/floorplans. If the individual condos are multi-floor, this could be an interesting design from the inside looking out.

I like it, too, but I don't think I could sell SWMBO on living there!

I like this! Usually everything is painted to match the desert. Blah.
