Patterns

All the lines and patterns in this entrance to an apartment building caught my eye.

Architecturally eye-pleasing!

I really like the architecture. The arch on the steps is a perfect example of what I mean. I wonder how many will note the slope of the landing drains water off to the left away from the steps and not straight down onto the sidewalk or the steps? Very nice shot with a lot of information.

The Arizona ladies have staircases, lines, and curves in your blogs today!! Love the bicycle at the top, but would not want to haul it up the steps.

A geometry lesson here

Yes, all those wonderful angles and then the wonderful circles of the bike wheels and the organic growth of the tree.

Mo beat me to the thought. A teacher could use this as a geometry lesson.

I like the lines on this one too! People are going to think that we planned our posts to look alike today.

So true and the longer you look at it, the more lines and shapes pop out. Have a great weekend!

Good eye! The lines are super and I love the contrast of the free-form tree!

I think the stairs really stand out.

The steps, the railing, the arch under the steps and the bicycle all contribute interest to this geometric study.
