Shaded Walkway

A walkway at the Arizona Center, a shopping and dining complex in downtown Phoenix is shaded by fan like structures.  The lights at night give them an interesting look.

Great shot. Depending on the angle of the sun, this might be interesting to photograph in the day time as well, if the sunlight streaks through the slots in the shade structure.

I used to love the Arizona Center but it started to die out a little when I left and some of the good places had left. I hope it's gotten better. It's a fun place to be on a Friday night.

Just lovely. I'd love to visit the Arizona Center! Those fans look like huge palms! A really fine shot, Sharon!

Lovely shot, the fans look almost Art Deco. Very innovative design for a shopping mall!

Great pattern! You should post your pictures of when you did the same drive as me, that would be interesting to see!
