Camel

This golden camel resides on the side of a building that houses Camelback Antiques.  What a perfect icon to represent this store as well as Camelback Mountain, the beautiful mountain that sits on the eastern side of Phoenix and Camelback Road, the street that runs east and west on the southern edge of the mountain.

Funny, only his underside and his eye look golden to me. But he is quite handsome.

Perhaps for Camelback Antiques they should have a camel that looks older than this sprightly animal.

That is so cool. I have never noticed it before. Love the wall color.

Very nice. I wonder how big the camel is.

Love how Brattcat picks up on those little things... they often pass me by.

The camel is just right for the shop and the area. Thanks for visiting my blog. I always look forward to your insights.

He looks quite regal basking in the sun. Nice shot!
