Urban Lifestyle

This is a new building in downtown Phoenix that accommodates businesses on the ground floor and condominium living on the upper floors.  An old idea, updated.

I would say this was an old restored building. I like it!

Interesting concept for modern Phoenix. It is a tough time for anew building to come on the market.

An old idea that is becoming new again! It sure makes sense to me! Nice architecture too. Makes the upper floors look like a home.

Very nice! I can't see the building's neighbors to evaluate the fit, but on its own terms, this looks wonderful.

It's a different style for downtown Phoenix and I like it. The idea makes good use of the space.

Hey, I think that I'd like to live there. Great use of the building.

I also like the return of the practice.

At least the new buildings have some character. I sure hope the era of square cookie cutter buildings is GONE!
