Sleek Style

Just a short distance from yesterdays home, I found this sleek modern ranch style home. The side streets along Central Avenue discourage traffic with their narrow lanes and almost hidden entrances, but if you venture in, there is a treasure trove of amazing architectural styles hidden inside.

This is a beautifully proportioned house. A residence on one level is beginning to appeal to me. You framed the building very well.

This looks like it was built in the in 1970's or so.

The homes in the North Central area have irrigation rights, which is why they have such large lawns and the deep soaking from the irrigation allows water to penetrate deep into the ground so that there are large shade trees like you have shown in today's photo.

Different. The color blends in a little too much with the trees. Maybe that's what they were after.
