Screen Door

When I was growing up, I remember a screen door similar to this one in our kitchen. As a little kid, I’d watch the world go by out that door and as I grew older, I learned to come and go as I pleased. Great memories of home!

This screen door is at my friend’s cabin north west of Phoenix in the town I mentioned in yesterday’s post and where I’m spending this weekend. More great memories in the making.

An elegant screen door with a beautiful view through it. Enjoy the weekend. Looks like a wonderful place! I wonder if your friends would like a visitor from Vermont.

What a lovely door! I remember my grandparents' screen door! Not as elegant as this one, however. We need a new one for our front door. Time to go shopping!

Yes, this is a pretty fancy screen door. But how nice to be someplace where you can actually open the regular door and allow the coolness to come through - although this morning in Phoenix is extremely nice!

This is lovely, Sharon!

I've just watched '60 Minutes' about morgages and abandoned houses in Arizona and they said it's even worst in Nevada... These are such weird times we are living!

I meant mortgages... sorry!

Your place looks every quiet and lovely this morning. It is nice here, as Kathy said, but the wind is coming again.

What a great door, sure beats those metal security doors you see all over the place.

Thank you so much for your blog. We are planning on making the move from Missouri to the Phoenix area, in fact, we just got back last week from a visit. You pictures make it so inviting.

This looks like a home built in the same area as a friend of mine. The same one that owns The Painted Lizard I mentioned in your comments yesterday. Her house is built all around the rocks with some of them actually being inside the house. Beautiful door!!

The design of the door is so very attractive.
