The Arizona Republic

This is the home of the Arizona Republic, the major newspaper for the Phoenix area. Behind it you see the tall Sheraton Hotel, one of the new tall buildings on the downtown Phoenix skyline.

Hopefully the newspaper will survive and prosper in this internet age.

This building is such a contrast to the one you posted yesterday, and I prefer the older building. Its architecture is far more interesting and has more character, IMHO!

The hotel is huge! I wonder how many rooms they have in that building and if they ever fill them all.

I agree with Dave and hope the paper can keep afloat. It seems to be getting thinner and thinner each day.

I love the glass on this one.
