He's not that popular in academic circles around here, tho. But if you have an Italian community with their marvelous food...lucky you! It's so interesting to me whom groups decide to honour.

'CODEX 362' is a fantastic novel based on an amazing research made by a portuguese journalist, José Rodrigues dos Santos, about the european espionage involving Columbus journey. If you like the subject, the english version is available on Amazon and I tryuly recommend it.

This is a statue you would never find in front of the Heard Museum or some other location associated with Native American cultures.
