Blooming Aloe

I'm going to end the month of January with this lush cluster of blooming aloe that I found recently at the Desert Botanical Garden. I love how those red blooms glow in the sun.

Wow! I think I've only ever seen one bloom at a time. This is a whole congregation!

They must be very happy living there, judging by how big they have grown and all of those blooms.

This shows the beauty and color of the desert, far different than the image of the desert that people have who have never been to Arizona.
